Belt Test #1 |

Well
we have finally done it. We have made the first
belt test in this school. Congrats to Jeramia
Hall, Justin Sherfey, and Greg Siliven on earning
their Yellow Belt. Also we would like to welcome
our newest and Sr. ranking student, Dylan. |

ETTKD - Dandridge |

You
may have noticed that the site says some thing
NEW! The logo says Morristown and Dandridge. Well
there is a reason for this. As of June East
Tennessee Tae Kwon Do will be gaining a sister
school in Dandridge. So now we will have East
Tennessee Tae Kwon Do - Morristown and East
Tennessee Tae Kwon Do - Dandridge. I think this
will be a great thing for the town of Dandridge. I
look forward to welcoming anyone into both of our
school. |

Tip Test #3 |

Congratulations to Greg Siliven, Jeramia Hall, and
Justin Sherfey on earning their 3rd and final
strip on their white belts. You all did a great
job and have come so far in a short time.
Also, congrats to all of our lil dragons on their
strips over the past few weeks. Keep kicking and
have fun. |

Monday Classes Canceled |

Due
to lack of attendance, the Monday night sunset
classes have been canceled till further notice. We
will resume them if be becomes more of an interest
in the school. |

Tip Test #2 |

|
Congratulations to Greg Siliven, Michelle Siliven,
Jeramia Hall, and Justin Sherfey on earning their
second yellow strip on their white belt. Congrats
to Robbie Schmidt on passing his first tip test
and getting his first yellow stripe on his white
belt. All of you did a GREAT job. Keep up the hard
work and continue to train as hard as you have
been for your next test. |

Somer-Slam 05 was a kick!! |

Mr.
Ruth represented ETTKD in Somerset Kentucky at
Somer-Slam 2005. As always Master Jeff Turner
hosted another GREAT tournament. Mr. Ruth didn't
do too bad this year. He only competed in one
event and walked away with a 2nd place trophy in
Men 18-35 Heavy Weight Fighting. Somer-Slam is
hosted by Master Jeff Turner and the Somerset
Karate Academy of Somerset Kentucky. Visit their
