Self Defense
East Tennessee Tae Kwon Do mixes tradition martial
arts with practical self defense. Each belt level
will increase a students knowledge of their Tae
Kwon Do skills as well as self defense skills.

that teach practical self defense against every
day attackers. This class will deal with self
defense against domestic abuse, date rape, and
everyday attacks.
Physical Fitness
Most workout only include 1 or 2 of the of the 3
aspect of physical fitness and conditioning. These

improving your appearance and the way you feel.
Flexibility
reduces your chances of injury and keeps you
feeling young, agile, ready to go, and ready for
life. Flexibility is key in Tae Kwon Do. If you
don't have it when you start, you will by the

Conditioning
strengthens your heart and lungs while
increasing your daily energy level and burning
calories. Our classes are low paced enough that
beginners wont get lost but fast enough to keep
your heart rate up for a maximum work out.

The problem with most American today is that when
life gets complicated and stressed out they plan a
trip or a vacation. Although that's a great way to
get rid of the stress temporally it never lasts.
